Unmistakebly…..
Monsoons would bring the rain
Over the dry-spelled fields,
Freshness surely blooms
On dust-browned crust
With amber-shaded blades,
Cheery swallows to cry
Annoying peacock pride,
Over the peaky-mountain sole
The gloomy curtain will fall
Filling the hamlet pool.
Unmistakebly…..
Without your sweat
Sludgy-smell is to flow,
Without your timbre
Melodies are to sow,
Without bosomy warmth
Paddy must grow.
